What is BStrong4Life™?

BStrong4Life™ is a muscular-skeletal strengthening and rehabilitation system appropriate for all ages and conditioning levels.

A unique combination of two different non-invasive technologies – bioDensity™ and Power Plate® – the BStrong4Life™ System is designed to improve your bone density, muscle strength, balance, coordination, and stability regardless of your age or conditioning level.

BStrong4Life™ has developed protocols that enable this system to be used for increased bone density, injury, sports and surgery rehabilitation and fitness. When supervised by a medical professional, the BStrong4Life™ System has positively affected osteoporosis/osteopenia, Parkinson’s disease, degenerative discs, Multiple Sclerosis and various other conditions or injuries.

BStrong4Life™ is currently conducting a Research Study that was approved by the Edward Hospital IRB (Institutional Review Board), Naperville, IL. The Bone Mineral Density Research Study is still accepting participates. Candidate Criteria is listed on the BStrong4Life™ website under Research Study.

The bioDensity™ System represents a scientific breakthrough in physical conditioning. Increased muscle power, postural control, and a positive effect on bone density are just some of the benefits of bioDensity™.

bioDensity™ is a biomechanically efficient system that improves strength and bone mineral density (BMD) through maximum intensity, short duration neuro-musculoskeletal stimulation (NMS). The user creates a maximum isometric load.

This differs from traditional exercise that affects primarily the sarcoplasm. This system targets primarily myofibril development and safe articulo-skeletal loading. The equipment precisely measures, tabulates and records user force output 30x sec. via patented load cell/software interface throughout each session. All physical efforts are recorded, and compared contrasted over time. Each user receives a Performance Report at the conclusion of each training session.
